Today the concept softshell is used to describe a composition of different fabrics, with or without a membrane.

Our line varies according to the kind of membrane used:

  • Semi-breathablemembranes: These can be used, for example, for a windproof membrane, giving it externalwater repellency, or over glued spots, making the material lighter and more malleable.
  • Fully breathable membranes. These are the top of the range of oursoftshells. Their structure means they are very breathable whilst also being very waterproof capable of withstanding high water column pressures.

This is just a small sample of our laminates. Thanks to our technology we are able to laminate any fabric in the IBQ catalogue with difference membranes, fleece, tulle, etc. Tell us what you need and we will make it happen.
